Cancellation by Site / Customer
You can cancel the order any time prior to the dispatch of the Product. The order cannot be cancelled once the dispatch has been initiated. However, once the Products have been dispatched, and you wish to cancel the order, please reach out to the Customer Support and request for order cancellation. We will put our best effort to avoid attempting a delivery. However, in case the delivery is attempted, you may reject the delivery.
The request for cancellation of the order can be made by cancelling the order from ‘My Orders’ section by using the order tracking number, or by calling our customer care number, or any other method, as may be intimated by Michhami to you from time to time.
Return & Refunds
All our packages come with tamper-proof packaging. Please ensure that you do not accept packages where the seal is tampered/and or outer package is damaged. Acceptance of a tampered or a damaged package will automatically disqualify you from any return claims for physically damaged/defective Products, incorrect Product, or missing accessories.
Products purchased through our site can be returned for a refund or exchange at any MICHHAMI RETAIL STORE or can be picked up from home within 7 days from the date of the invoice provided:

The product has not been used and has not been altered in any manner.

The product is intact and in saleable condition, and
-
The product is accompanied by the original invoice of purchase.
The following types of products - once accepted by you cannot be returned and refunded:

Perishable food items such as butter, cheese, dahi, vegetables, fruits, etc.

Seasonal and Festive items such as decoration lights, gift packs, etc.

Items purchased in bulk quantities

Personal utility items such as undergarments, handkerchiefs, socks, and cosmetics,

Fresh Non-food items such as flowers.

Frozen Food Items or any refrigerated Items.

All personal care items such as Shampoo, Oil, Toothpaste, and even home care items such as detergents and cleaners and all items in which hard to judge the quantity of products used will not be returned in any case.

Edible OIL 5 L Drums and 15 KG / 15 L Tin or in any other packaging will not be returned.
Michhami will refund you through the same payment mode that was used to purchase the product online. Refunds for products that were purchased online using Credit cards/Debit Cards/Internet Banking/UPI will be credited back to the bank account. Similarly, refunds for products purchased through Cash (Cash on Delivery) will be made in cash.
Michhami shall not be held liable either directly or indirectly for the quality of any Product. Products covered under Manufacturer’s warranty/guarantee cannot be returned to Michhami, as the same is covered by the after-sale service offered by the manufacturer of the Product. Michhami will not be directly or indirectly liable for goods covered under the manufacturer’s warranty/guarantee.
In the event of any disputes in this regard, the same shall be referred to courts of competent jurisdiction at Surat.
Michhami reserves the right to alter or modify any of the terms and conditions of this Policy without assigning any reason or providing intimation whatsoever. Michhami’s decision on the above would be final and that you shall abide by the same unconditionally.
